Where are Isla Foundry products from?
Our launch collection is curated around products with a genuine connection to the Philippines through their material, production, design, tradition, maker, supplier, or place of origin.
Is everything handmade?
No. We do not use “handmade” as a blanket claim. Some pieces involve handweaving or handcraft processes; others come through Philippine suppliers or brands. We describe each item as accurately as the sourcing information supports.
Why does shipping take longer than a typical U.S. warehouse order?
Some launch products are sourced or prepared in the Philippines after purchase. That lets us test demand without carrying unnecessary inventory, but it can add sourcing and international transit time. See our Shipping policy for details.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You may request a return within 30 days after confirmed delivery, subject to the conditions in our Returns & Refunds policy.
Will my item look exactly like the photograph?
We aim for accurate product photography. Natural fibers, woven textiles, and small-batch goods can have normal variations in color, texture, weave, or dimensions.
