Isla Foundry currently serves customers in the continental United States. Our launch model is intentionally small, and some products are sourced or prepared in the Philippines after an order is placed.
Order processing and sourcing
Please allow up to 10 business days for sourcing, preparation, consolidation, and handoff to the shipping carrier unless a product page or order communication states a different timeframe.
If we expect a material delay beyond that processing period, we will contact you with an updated estimate and available options, including cancellation and a refund when appropriate.
Expected delivery time
For launch orders, our expected total time from order placement to delivery is generally 10–30 business days. This includes sourcing and preparation in the Philippines, international transportation, customs processing when applicable, and final delivery in the United States.
Tracking information will be provided when available. Carrier conditions, weather, customs, or other events outside our control can occasionally extend delivery beyond the estimate.
If we expect your order to exceed 30 business days, we will contact you with an updated estimate and available options, including cancellation and a refund when appropriate.
Shipping charges
Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Isla Foundry does not add a separate undisclosed shipping fee after checkout.
Address accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered fulfillment.
Lost or unusually delayed packages
If tracking appears stalled or a shipment is materially overdue, email techguyconnect@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
